Grants

The Dane County Community Justice Council (CJC) is committed to moving forward with racial equity, data-driven justice, and evidence-based decision making, all while increasing public safety in the county.  To that end, the CJC reviews local, state, and national grant opportunities and regularly applies for funding and capacity-building opportunities whenever possible.  Approximately $500,000 has been awarded to Dane County in 2017 to pursue criminal justice reform.
